Since my last competition in 2014 I have been focussing on staying healthy and having a fitness/life balance. I understand that so many people out there have jobs, families, relationships, responsibilities, bills to pay and their fitness efforts and eating habits are often put to the end of the priority list.

My main message is that you can have a career, a healthy body, a family and a group of friends and still fit in time to look after yourself, and setting aside that time IS worth it. You need to fit your training around your circumstances not the other way around, so it is sustainable and you are happy, confident and content.
