Choc caramel banana protein smoothie

This protein smoothie can be made with either vanilla or chocolate protein powder. I used chocolate this time as it’ what I had at home!


  • 200ml Almond milk
  • 50g Banana
  • 30g Scoop whey protein
  • 2 Pitted dates
  • Dash of salted caramel flavouring (I got this in Tesco)
  • 2 ice cubes


Blend ingredients together and enjoy!
