Group Training

This is your opportunity to train with friends, family or any other person with similar goals to yourself – I can put you into a group if you like! This is perfect if you’re a little shy, if you need that extra push or extra accountability. You will still be trained by me, with all the attention of a 1-1 session, but with a group atmosphere! 

Groups range from 2 to 4 people and here’s what you will receive:

  • 2 sessions per week for 8 weeks (all sessions taken by me)
  • 2 x per week home workouts provided as a training supplement
  • Weekly weigh-in, measurements and photos to track progress
  • Tailored diet plan and nutritional education including suggested step count
  • Access to a private Whatsapp/Facebook group with daily encouragement, hints and tips
  • Daily healthy recipes
  • Around the clock support and encouragement from myself and the rest of your group

£250 per person

Making each session half the cost of a standard 1-1 training session PLUS all the added extras shown!
